Chief complaint：having trouble breathing during sleep at night, one of the nostrils often stuffed, feeling sinking down

TCM diagnosis：sinking of middle Qi，maybe side effects of long Covid or vaccine

TCM formula：Wild Huang Qi 50g, Zhi Mu 10，Chai Hu 15，Jie Geng 12，Sheng Ma 10，Jing Jie 6，Tai Zi Shen 6，boil with water and drink as tea, one dose a day for 5 days

Follow up：June 5, 2023, all symptoms are gone
